YHCHEM Conducts Professional First-Aid Training to Strengthen Workplace Safety

To further strengthen our company's workplace safety management and enhance employees’ emergency response, self-rescue, and mutual-aid capabilities,YHCHEM recently held a special training session on first-aid knowledge and skills in the company’s conference room. The training was organized with the support of the Lüxiang Town Federation of Trade Unions and featured on-site instruction by Ms. Cao Qinyuan, an American Heart Association (AHA) certified first responder and Red Cross certified first-aid trainer.

During the training, Ms. Cao used real-world cases to systematically explain essential skills such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation, and the management of airway obstruction. Through an engaging format combining theoretical instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one guidance, employees were able to quickly grasp key first-aid procedures. The session featured active interaction and a highly motivated learning atmosphere. The goal of this training is to equip employees with fundamental emergency concepts and first-aid knowledge, effectively improving their ability to respond to unexpected incidents.
