Overview
SPD Series Short Path Distillation Kit is a distillation equipment for laboratory and small-scale production, based on the boiling point difference of liquid mixtures under negative pressure to separate the mixture. When the sample mixture to be purified is heated, the vapor rises and enters the vertical condenser and is cooled by the coolant. The short path distillation kit is mainly used for unstable compounds at high temperatures and compounds with high boiling points that are difficult to distill. It typically consists of multiple components, including a short path distiller, vacuum pump, condenser, heater, collection bottle, thermometer, etc. The integration of these components enables efficient separation and purification of substances, suitable for small batch testing and production in fields such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and food.
Features
● Short condensing distance and few residue left after evaporation.
● The reflux design improves the evaporation efficiency.
● The highest heating temperature is 300℃, with optional magnetic stirring function.
● The minimum operating vacuum is less than 0.1mbar, which significantly reduces the evaporation temperature.
● Material handling capacity: 0.05-5Kg/h (according to specific materials), easy to operate.
● Certification:CE
